2012 IDMA CONVENTION SALES ROOM CONTRACT

SALES ROOM DATES
June 29th - 30th
SALESROOM SET-UP HOURS
TO BE ANNOUNCED
1. Each dealer will be allowed one (1) helper. Please include helper’s name in the contract.
2. Dealers must not leave their booth unattended during open hours. IDMA and the Hotel will not be responsible for any damage or
other consequences related to your sales area at any time.
3. All merchandise must be clearly priced before the opening of the salesroom.
4. No competition dolls will be allowed in the salesroom until competition and judging is over.
5. All sales will be bagged and sales receipt provided to the buyer.
6. An IDMA representative will be on duty in the salesroom during set-up times, salesroom hours, and the two hours during
disassembling.
7. The salesroom will be closed and locked nightly with hotel security.
8. All Dealers and Helpers must wear their “Dealer Badges” at all times and without exception. An IDMA representative stationed at the
entrance to the salesroom will admit only badge wearing personnel.
9. Tables may be 6 to 8 feet long, depending on what is available to IDMA at the time of convention. Three (3) tables comprise one
“booth”. Each dealer is allowed to reserve a maximum of three (3) tables. If, at a later date, we have extra space we will issue tables
to those that request more.
10. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER MAY 1ST OF THE CONVENTION YEAR.
